4. Digital Products

All products sold through our website are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not provided once the product is purchased. Please ensure you review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Coaching Programs

One-on-One Coaching & Strategy Sessions:

Payment is due in full or according to the payment plan selected at checkout. Once enrolled, sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit that session at our discretion.

Group Coaching & Masterclasses:

Group programs include limited access to live coaching, resources, replays, and community support. Payment plans are available, but participants are responsible for the full program fee regardless of early withdrawal.

VIP Upgrades:

VIP sessions include a private 15 or 30-minute consultation and/or post-workshop Q&A. These are non-refundable due to their live and limited nature.

We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on your individual efforts, application, business model, and market conditions. Testimonials are not indicative of typical results.

13. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
